Engine failed 300kms after service and oil change - Nurse did not offer to investigate the problem.
Engine failed (and needs replacement) 300kms after service and oil change at Nurse - Nurse did not offer to investigate the problem unless we paid $1,000. They offered an estimate of $6,200 to replace the engine.
Nurse did allow us to keep the vehicle there while we investigated our options. We chose to tow the vehicle to another service company to find out more details about the problem as they were more reasonable and understanding of our situation.

Staff very courteous & helpful. Have been coming to Nurse Chev for my oil change since I bought my vehicle. Only wish it was not so expensive. Hear that other Auto makers offer free oil changes for owners up to 5 years. Wish GM had similiar offer.

Outstanding customer services
I came in for a simple oil lube and filter, and was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait time and I was greeted by not one, but three very pleasant and polite service reps. They invited me to have a seat and a coffee, it would be about 30 minutes. I fact it was only 20 minutes and I will never regret leaving Ontario Motor Sales and joining Nurse .
