All of the staff members were respectful and helpful.
I took my Santa Fe in for regular maintenance plus some special maintenance. it turned out that I had to leave the vehicle there for an extra day and I appreciated the prompt and honest treatment I received from the service department. Thanks very much, especially because it was during a very busy time of year just before Christmas and I'm sure the staff just wanted to go home.
Two recalls were dealt with, and replacement of a wiper blade.
The customer service people are well trained. But the wait was longer than indicated, and my car was very cold by the time I left.
This was a very pleasant visit. The service advisor was really great. The only question I have is whether or not the light scratches on the driver's door was made during the working with the door panel. I am not sure.

Was an overall good experience however they changed my filter without my consent. When asked about the cabin air filter I passed, but they still changed the engine filter which they did not ask about. As for the broken promise - I was aware that due to renovations they would not be able to wash the car but they did say they would clean the inside. This was not done. The paper mats on the ground are not what I consider cleaning my car. If by chance this was something they could not do, I recommend not telling the customers that you will deliver when you majorly don’t.
