Car not ready on time...then Shuttle not come as promised...finally sent taxi.
When finally got to service counter...paperwork not done...futher wait
Recd service phonecall after...expained problems but you keep sending emails to futher anoy me.
The service I had done on my new Elantra was done professionally and in less time than I had been expecting. Got the car back, all washed up and ready to go.
Service department appeared to be disorganized, overwhelmed and as such, the attention provided to my needs was lacking.
I had significant repair work done to my car but I felt my business was not really appreciated. Also, I prepaid for a part to be replaced and the service department said they would place a rush order to deliver by the following Tuesday. After a week went by, I had to call to follow up and the service coordinator again said she was overworked, had not been able to follow up on ordered parts and had difficulty scheduling an appointment that would work. I feel like the part had arrived some days previously but due to an overwhelmed department I was not contacted and now had difficulty getting a service appointment. It again felt like my business was not appreciated.
I had requested and was promised a quote on winter tires - i also followed up with a phone cal when i did not receive after a week. I still have not heard anything and it is almost 2 weeks later
