Responsive, professional and respectful to our needs and choices
Updated early to a current Q5 with additional safety options and were treated with a can do attitude that showed willingness to conduct a fair deal that we were satisfied with. Only regret is we couldn't order our Porsche from Blair (although Simon is equally satisfying to deal with).

At purchase the salesman was very nice and professional. But 2 months later I was ask to speak with the manager by a salesman at Parts. I did speak with manager and sent follow up email without Any response from Hunt Club manager. We purchased the car in Ontario but plated it in Quebec and it didn't came with the Ontario plate holder for the front. we moved 2 months after purchasing the car to Ontario. We need to purchased a $400 piece of plastic to hold the plate. Also told the manager I'd be interested at purchasing winter Tires/Rims if we could come to a reasonable agreement for the plate holder. I'm really not impressed. It's very Cheap "Poor sense of judgement" to charge people for this, specially when we are told that all cars delivered to Ontario dealers come with the plate kit. I bought this car for my wife. I'm uncertain if I would by another bigger model Audi for myself. I'm so pissed off, my wife still drives without a front plate...

Wonderful service, and I loved the flowers and the follow-up email. A pleasant experience. My first Audi. However, I wished that I had ensured that the Q3 had an automatic garage door opening function (price of manual $398) and also that it would automatically adjust seat position etc to individual drivers.
