I brought my SQ5 in to have the brakes checked and one of the lugnuts broke and I ended up being charged for over $1,000. Your mechanic blamed it on the the place where I have my winter tires changed, even though the nut broke while he was removing it.

Very expensive for a safety issue. Checked internet and found out that few cars had the same problem. Maybe you should recall it.

Our client service person was very attentive, kept us Informed at every stage. Arranged shuttle home and back. She made it all very easy.

Service department should communicate more and be polite to their clients. Maybe unintentional but some will make you feel dumb. Not rude but abrupt
