Once again, the friendly staff at Mark Motors made acquiring my new vehicle a very hassle-free and pleasant experience.
I have just acquired my 3rd Audi from Mark Motors and on each occasion the service has been excellent. The staff are helpful, promises are kept, and there is no hassle. A very positive experience.

I was able to schedule a service for my 9 year old S5 at a time that suited me and my request for completion within a specific time window was honored. As always the service was courteous and professional.

Ally, Abby and Jarek did an excellent job helping me with my warranty issue. It cant get better than that. Mark Motors take customer satisfaction very serious and the delivered!
My Audi S3 however is a different story... spent over 2 months on repair in a 2.5 years span... not happy about that...

After taking my car to Mark Motors for regular service for 3 years, I ended up with a blown engine and no help
I felt that my business was not valued and Mark Motors is only interested in making profit off their customers. An A3 with <120,000km should not be worthless scrap after taking it for regular maintenance at the dealership.
