didn't waste time, explained a lot in the time period that we had. was very clear. everything went in order.

i have NO problem with your service staff and technicians.
what i do have a problem with is, somehow i have the feeling that they don't believe me when I'm telling them that the cooling in my glove box is not working.
they called me in to show me the car with the glove box taken out and the airflow from the AC unit, but as soon the glove box is back in place, there's no more air going into the glove box , therefor , no cooling.
i ask the shop-foreman to put a request to AUDI Canada to check out this matter since the is a re-designed Q7.

The service on the car was fine, but when they said it would be ready, it wasn't. I had to wait 20 minutes while they washed it.

Too much major service for a luxury well maintained vehicle
I was towed in Monday and at 5:45 on a Friday evening told that the repair is major around 5500$. Like I said no problems with service just way too much.This is not the first major repair and all my servicing has been on time and at the dealer. I have lost confidence in the Audi brand at this time.

Excellent Service but required 3 visits as a loaner car not available.
This was the first time that I have had an issue in obtaining a loaner car. Despite booking the first appointment for 7:30 am several weeks in advance, I arrived to find that no loaner cars were available. I rebooked 2 weeks out and arrived at 7:30 am to once again find that no loaner cars were available. Bernie (who consistently provides excellent service) called me at Noon to say they had a loaner available. My vehicle was ready around 5:00 pm and the overall service was excellent despite the multiple visits required.
