I do not like the fact you now charge $12.95 for a car wash.

The oil change was fine and done within the hour. I was happy with that. What I was not happy was no more free car washes after a vehicle service. Like I said before that $12.95 is way to much to charge for a small car like mine. If you bring in a full size truck it's the same price does not seem fair. How about $5.00 for a car and 12.95 for all other vehicles as a fair solution to the once free car wash. Thanks, David.

Will never deal with Smp again.

Don't even know where to start. In your "care" someone hit something with my car now there is paint missing. Oh and you lost my expensive command start fob. Worst experience of my life. Will never deal with recommend or buy from Smp ever again.

We understand how frustrating intermittent electrical problems can be. General Motors or SMP cannot be responsible for these problems since we did not do the work or sell you the parts. Nonetheless, goodwill assistance has been extended to you well beyond what would be considered normal. In addition, the possibility of paint loss or a missing FOB was seriously investigated, as SMP stands solidly behind its commitment to customer care, and this was determined to not be the case. We sincerely hope that you have been able to get your vehicle’s electrical issues resolved, and that your car problems are now far behind you.
