Don't know how she keeps her job. Tries to upsell and treats customers like they have no clue about how vehicles run Up selling is not acceptable. Comes out of the gate antagonistic.

John, our service advisors inform customers about services that are recommended at certain kilometers. They do this to inform the customer of the recommended regular maintenance of the vehicle, and it is always an option. Thank you for your concerns.
Was very happy that they even took the time to wash the outside of my vehicle. Thanks!
My only suggestion would be to improve the drop off in the morning aspect, as I watched three or four vehicles pull into their garage after me and get served before I did. Luckily, I wasn't in a rush that morning, as things seemed to be a little confused in this area.
Otherwise, was very pleased!
