Ignition switch recall and oil change. Service was excellent and professional and very friendly. I would have given 5 stars but the interior of my car smelt like oil afterwards.
Although the service representative was friendly, I was not kept informed about the progress of my vehicle. Especially at the end of the day, I still hadn't heard anything so I called in to get an update. First, I couldn't get in touch with Crystal because she was either gone for the day or busy. Then when I talked to one of the receptionists, they were unsure as the service that had been done hadn't been tallied yet or printed out. Overall, needs improvement for customer satisfaction.
Everything is great as usual. It's hard to imagine the service can be done less than 6 hours in such a busy dealership. Thank you very much.
Not being mean or picky, it would be even better if the following two minor things can be tuned.
1. The car was not spotless but kinda clean when I took it in for service. But it got lots dirts on the sides, especially the front-right passenger door.
2. The tires bags seem became smaller after the tires swap. I guess that's why they were open. They used to be tied up securely.
