My wife and I purchased a Honda Civic 2.0 Turbo and Toyota Corolla 2016 at the same time (August 2016). The Honda car has given us nothing but problems. From day one, we were always getting "lane departure", "mitigation error", and car not starting with remote control.
We took it into the dealership and dealt with Wong who did a factory reset. However, that didn't resolve the issues. Finally, now when we brought it in, we were told that Honda has accidentally put on a wrong tire which was causing all these problems. No problem! We were happy the issues got resolved but as soon as I took the vehicle home, the starter would not work and now when you hit the brakes, it gives a "click" noise which wasn't the case prior to this.
On the other hand, the Toyota Corolla has never given us a problem from day one and it was $7,000 cheaper than the Honda 2.0.
We're just sad to see so much money go to waste on a brand new vehicle.

Arrived at 12:20 for a 12:30 appointment. KAra was polite and professional, advising me that the techniciens were at lunch till 12:30... that the work would take 60 minutes...For this reason, I chose to wait...At 1:30, I am advised that the technicians are backed up and that the work onmy car will be started..I complained that I should have been advised of that fact an hour ago..."sorry" was the response...Had I been advised,I would have left and returned for 1:30....I ended up waiting 2 hours..wasted my afternoon, .....the work was finished by 2:30, given keys by indifferent tall counter man...no apologies...no "thanks for patience"...etc... will only return for recall work....

very very helpful and dedicated Kara knows her job.
Needed a part for my suv, Kara took care of everything. I went to the parts dept, saw Kara busy doing paper work. Put her work to the side and acknowledged me right away. I cannot believe how everything got done so quick and fast. Thankyou so much Kara.

Maureen, thank you for your kind words about Kara!
Everything was great. I don't feel like writing a paragraph. That is only necessary when there is something to complain about. Very efficient service advisor.

Joanne, we're so glad you had a great visit with us. Thank you for your review!
We purchased a pre-owned 2012 Honda Fit. While we were looking at it prior to purchase, we noticed that the back latch was not working properly (it would stick in the open position) and that the headlights weren't shining high enough (too little of the road was being illuminated in the dark). We were informed that these would be addressed. We picked it up and drove it home but noticed that the lights still weren't quite up to where they needed to be. We also noticed, within the week (the next cold spell) that the grounding prong on the bock heater had been cut off. We called about this and were informed that these would be taken care of; just arrange to have the car brought in. This was done, with the friendliest of service, from the front desk receptionists, to the car salesman (who didn't try to sell us something we didn't want), to the warranty salesperson (ditto), to the shuttle drivers to the service personnel - even random unknown personnel with unknown job descriptions asked us, as we were waiting for another person to return, if they could help us. I highly recommend Palladino Honda for both sales and service!
