Unreal experience!

I Just bought my truck from there today, our sales rep Taylor was unreal.. I can not say enough great things about the quality of service from start to finish.. We had a hiccup which was more my fault then anything with our financing .Taylor and the finance manager Britany sacrificed their own profit for customer experience and got the deal done for us. I have no hesitation recommending South Trail for any kind of ride you may be looking for. Well done Taylor and Brittany and thank you for all your help!

Wish I bought a car elsewhere

Found the car I wanted at your dealership. I spoke to Taylor Cooper about it and he said it was in excellent condition. I drove from leduc to calgary to pick it up. When I got there, the car was wet and was told it just got finished being washed. Took the car for a test drive and the low air warning was on for 2 tires. We drove to a gas station to fill them up. That's when I noticed that the wheels were all scratched up. The car did come with a second set of wheels and tires, but they were bagged up and in even worse condition. When the water on the car dried, you could see all the damage caused by hail. (Not noticeable when wet). Then on my way home with it, there was a terrible drone sound coming from the rear end. I brought it to LA Nissan in Leduc where they told me that it was way out of alignment and that my tires were cupping. Talked to Taylor again he said that he would get me two new tires and I would be reimbursed for the alignment. I did get two cheap Chinese tires (junk) and still haven't been reimbursed for the alignment. This is over a month now. When given a budget I was ignored and instead my budget was doubled and paperwork was ran behind my back without full consent thus making me feel forced into it

My paper work was run after telling me a half truth and then we were told that if we didn’t go through with this purchase which was way over our budget my credit would have to pay with a big hit. Then after much consideration and completing the purchase we were told we could bring the vehicle back for a complete detailing on the weekend, as we had been there for over 3 hours and it had been a long day, on the day of when we took the car back we were denied service even after telling them that there was dirt and muck in the back seats. While we were there they even swapped our license plates without hesitation or asking us first as the deal had not been yet completed I feel they had no right to be touching my vehicle. Yes we got a car we liked but the service was extremely poor, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and we won’t be back.

Less than spectacular.

I was initially very impressed when Taylor offered to drive the van out to us in Airdrie. So I will give credit where credit is due. Taylor was very friendly and polite. However there were a few things that left us feeling aggrevated and not pleased with the services of South Trail Chrysler. Firstly the hassle of trying to get Ford Credit to fax payout information for our Escape 3 separate times due to the fact that South Trail did not have a working fax line. Secondly we purchased a protection package which we were not informed would be done at a later date until after all paperwork had been completed and Taylor had already left with trade in. At which point I had to inquire about the protection package being completed and was told we would have to schedule it at a later date. Now this will require removing all 3 Car seats and all our belongings and detailing the inside and outside of our van to properly complete the protection package. Thirdly I requested Taylor price out some winter tires for our van which he did and I agreed to purchase but they were not delivered when he dropped the van off at our house. Fourth when we recieved the van we were provided two key fobs, unfortunately only one of those actually worked. Lastly when purchasing we requested Taylor email the bill of sale to our insurance provider, providing him with an email address to do so, so we could get out insurance in place which was also neglected. Initially I had intentions of being a return customer to South Trail but by the end of my experience the thought of returning here to tolerate more hassle at my expense was less than appealing. I would like to give the South Trail team a chance to rectify this situation and hope someone will reach out to try and make this a more positive experience for us.
