First of all, Did not keep his saying.
Second, Did not organize after sold unit. continuously changing sale unit and delivery date
Third, unprofessional service after picked unit up. I did not want to wheel lock nut, but they installed each wheels and they broke lock nut key. He never gave me notice about key.
He said he order after I complained but he did not keep promise date again and I had to wait 3 days.
Eventually, technician came to our shop for replacing lock nut to normal wheel nut which took less than 10 minute.
