Very knowledgeable service advisor, friendly, courteous and explains what is going to be done. Also accommodates other requests which is much appreciated because we come in from out of town.
I received OUTSTANDING customer service!!! The Service Advisor team was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs when I came in to change over to my winter tires. Natalie communicated very well with me, and answered all of my questions with ease. The service was done in a timely manner, my appointment could not have gone better! Thank you Sherwood Honda!!
During a scheduled service appointment it was noted that a part needed to be changed out under warrenty. The part would only be in the following day. Another appointment was made for the following day. Our vehicle was not taken in at the start of the day as was set up for. Carolyn appologized for the mix up and arranged for us to have a car to contiue with our days affairs and come back later to pick up our pilot. As we are from Fort McMurray this kind of service is vital for us to get things done while we are in Edmonton. With service like this we will continue to be loyal customers.

Since we live in Boyle, that has been taken into consideration by the Honda staff. They are very respectful of our needs and let us come even for emergency service at a very little notice. We are over two hours drive from Sherwood Park, so it has been wonderful how accommodating the staff is to give us convenient times and dates for service.
We now have two Hondas. When we decided not to trade in our old Honda when we purchased a new one, the representative described how this new Honda has heated seats. It is wonderful for two people who are over 80 years. So when one of us is using the new Honda, the other person is not stuck at home without a vehicle.
We also like your set up. When we come for service, there is coffee or tea available. What a wonderful service. There are also newspapers to read and the TV to watch. It is the best that is offered in Edmonton. We are happy we switched over to Honda. Also you have convenient clean bathrooms for customer use.
The staff is very helpful, over the telephone and especially at the time we drive in . The courtesy is unbelievable. We have told our friends about the Honda products and our son's girl friend purchased one.
