Vehicle Service - was not ready and there was a mix up with my tires.
Read my comments on my previous survey. I am not going to repeat myself. Service rep was great. Oil changed however the screen display was not reset. I came in for exchange of summer to winter tires - found out that I already had winter tires and NO all season. Mix up when vehicle sold to me. Not happy about that.
I am concerned with being told i need air and cabin filters replaced right away because they have failed. I replaced them 2 months ago so i have to assume they didnt really even check them.It does make me wonder how accurate the rest of the inspection really is?
