Great work, nice people.

Had an oil change done, and they did their check of the whole car, they were efficient, clear with what was being done, and friendly as well.

Took two visits to solve the problem which should have been solved the first time round.

Took two visits to solve problem. In hind sight, the issue appears straight forward as the starter was failing as it cranked without much power.
