As per usual, even with a new service advisor, all aspects of my customer experience, reflected a 10/10 rating - and I continue to feel like I am the only customer that matters, despite that obviously not being the case.
Absolutely polite and professional service experience from the moment I arrived to the moment I picked up our Odyssey. Sherwood Honda has an excellent understanding of the "value chain" concept and never misses a beat to ensure they are adding value at every point possible, starting right from the service appt. coordinator, through to the service advisor, to the shuttle driver and finally with Customer service staff taking payment. Sherwood Honda really walks the talk!

Was not impressed with time delay to receive window. The order seemed to be expedited, then the priority was downgraded. I was impressed with helpfulness of Carolyn and others that I discussed the repair with. If Honda Canada does not stock a large inventory of parts, perhaps taking window out of a vehicle in stock would make for faster repair.
