I was greeted by name, and asked about my recent trip. The service advisor was truly interested. The questions she asked and the conversation we had told me that she had a good idea of who I am. This is very important! The service was done in a reasonable time and at a very reasonable cost. I was greeted by other staff who know me and there was coffee and tea available while I waited. The service end of the experience was exceptional, as always. It was the answers or lack of answers that were disappointing. We have an on-going battery dying issue and the dealer response has changed from it is not a common problem 2 years ago to yes, that is the way it always is, which is a very unsatisfactory explanation. In fact the dealer's recommendation to us was to buy a trickle charger so that our car would start, which we feel is ridiculous. We don't ask much of our vehicles but we do expect them to start reliably which no longer occurs with our current CRV. Also when paying the bill, we had a question about a line item and the lady at the counter's response was I don't know, I just take the money. We are willing to pay what we owe, we would just like to know what we are paying for. I have to say that we have gone from loyal Honda owners who brag about their car to people who are unlikely to buy another Honda or recommend one in any way.
