Service was not completed because part was backordered then cancelled by Honda.
Car came in for a lighting problem with the radio. Part was ordered (remanufactured part). It took 2 weeks to come in. It was installed and failed. Car was brought back and a replacement radio was ordered and became back ordered. 2 months later no contact with service, i called them to find what was going on. Was promised to hear from sevice manager who never called me back. On the second calk back i found out that Honda had discontinued the radio. Wad promised a call back by the service manager and no call back. It has now been another week and no answer what is going on.
Every time I contact Sherwood Honda, for either information or to book a service appointment or to pick up my vehicle after servicing, all the Sherwood Honda staff are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and provide exceptional customer service.
Finance department does not return calls. Nore do they communicate what is going on. Just to test drive a used Audi took almost 2 weeks for the sales staff to figure out how to remove the car from the show room. Sales guy is still continuously texting trying to sell a Honda Fit despite it being the complete opposite of the original car test drove.

Sherwood Honda is super great to deal with all of the staff is great. It is easy to talked to staff your are not put on hold for ever. Staff always offering beverages and informing you that it won't be long before your car is ready. The dealership is always clean including the bathroom
