Warranty replacement of jounce bumpers on 2014 Cruze
Purchased 2014 Cruze in January 2015 and notice occasional sharp bumping sound when going over over bumps/pot holes. I asked if this could be checked when car in for unrelated warranty issue. Jounce bumper replacement under warranty was advised and appointment set as soon as parts came in. Brought car in at 1:00 pm and was called by service rep later in afternoon indicating that because alignment was also necessary car would have to be kept over night. Called early next morning - car was ready. Courteous and informative contact throughout. No indication of noise upon return of car.

Car was not ready close to when quoted, oil change cost me 119.00..
I was told my car would be ready at 2pm, I was called around 1230-1 to let me know it would be delayed, I had arranged my day around you guys having my car for 7 hours, no major work done, recall part and oil change and inspection. Told them at just after 230 i was coming to get my car and to halt all work so it was ready when i get there, arrived an hour later, and car was still not ready, waited another 15 mins, got my car back around 430 . Not acceptable, was given an oil change for my inconvenience, appreciated, but still unacceptable. Using you guys for service is becoming more of a headache than a convenience, waiting for shuttles, waiting for vehicle to be ready, arranging day around service, and it being a moot point because vehicle is not ready when told, and even when you tell them you will be there in an hour, it still is not ready. Overpaying for an oil change is ridiculous. 119?? so yeah, not very satisfied, Dennis was apologetic, and i know lots was out of his hands, handled it as best as he could.
