Everything from the shuttle to the service provided for brake rotors being replaced was excellent and very professional. Recommend Murray chev old's to all I meet.
After some deliberations concerning issues, all worked out really well.
A repeat of tailgate noise rectified more better! Leaking shocking just over warranty timeline expired was a prorated repair -greatly appreciated! And vehicle now on probation for a diesel lung issue
I had a 7:30am apot all went well with drop off, however what should have been a 20 min. Drive was over an hour as the shuttle driver took the longest root pissible and even took the bridge the radio advised against when there were other options. I asked if my vehicle could be done around 3:30. At that time was inforned the sqeak may not be dealt with but then was dobe by 4:15 when I said I would have to rebook as I needed my car. In the morning I had asked for the $20 wash as well but when I picked my car not only was it not washed, part of my inspection noted my car was too dirty to assess. I feel like it should have been washed then inspected. I have dealt with you before and always boasted about your excellent service, but was very disapointed this time.
I always find Chris to be very approachable whenever I have a question or concern. He is always pleasant and easy to talk to and provides me with understandable information that I need to make appropriate decisions.. Thank you.
