very happy with the service.

greeted on my arrival, personnel inquired as to what I wanted done, they even showed me the old filters I requested changed. Staff all were very nice.

Great experience, always!

I used to service at another Chevy dealership, but has really bad experiences, and seeing as I work right down the road from Murray Chev, it was just convienent that I switch, and I'm so glad I did! Every time I've gone to Murray Chev, I've had Chris Mark as an advisor and he exceeds beyond expectations. I also work for the service departments for many car dealerships and I've never had to compare. Keep up the great work!

Service

The service at the dealer was good but the problem with my car still exists because GM will not offer a solution.The dealership is following the instructions from GM and I am not satisfied with the outcome.Not the dealership's fault.
