Always feel well looked after when dealing with Mike and the people at Murray Chev.
Recently bought my third Equinox and very happy with the vehicle as well as the whole purchase experience. The service department is top notch (thanks to Peter Butternowsky) and Mike Richardson has always taken very good care of me and my needs and wants. It has been 20+ years that I have been dealing with Murray Chev and would have it no other way. I did shop around a little this time around and realized quickly why I like this group so much. Very personal experience and made to feel wanted. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!
When I dropped off my car all was well. I was asked if I would like to do the "recommended maintenance" and they were listed off. Some of the maintenance had already been recently done (at the same shop). I received a phone call shortly after explaining of more things that needed to be done (many of which were unnecessary). The one that was necessary (replacing the lug nuts) I was quoted at 3 times the price that I could have gotten them myself, to which I replied you'll have to do better. I received a call a few minutes later stating that they bought them for a third of the price. This has never happened before at Murray so I was extremely disappointed.
I have already submitted my bad review weeks ago and had nobody get back to me so i will not waste my time telling you again since you clearly dont care.
My visit on Aug 25 was to the express lube for an oil change. It was very efficiently and quickly done. Personnel at the service bay and cashier were very courteous.
I am very satisfied with the service received on Aug 25 and on previous visits.
