My shopping and purchasing experience was very easy and pleasant. John really knew everything about the truck I wanted, and figured out how to get me the best possible price.
very messy service department, very unorganozed dealership. you get bounced from one person to the other unless you want to buy (that's the only situation where they all want to help) collision center and service department don't even communicate with each other. I get notified the car needs more work on the day i was supposed to pick it up...... i mean...... there was literally nothing good about the service and repair i've had at this dealership.... won't be coming back
