I brought my vehicle in to have a battery cable replaced. When I got it back my infotainment unit didn’t work. They would not take responsibility for what happened and told me it would be almost $1700 to fix it. I ended up getting it repaired somewhere else for $125. Mr Murray agreed to pay for the repair which was very nice.
Service was quick and respectful.
Teddy was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the different options available to us.
Négative: price of extended warranty. We declined because of the high cost.
We had our Accent in for an MPI claim. The staff (David in particular) has been very helpful with their service. We had called another auto body shop that we have been using
for years and were shocked that that since it was a marginal loss that they just wanted us to have the car written off, when in fact that is not what we wanted. David was exceptional at explaining everything in a helpful and courteous manner and had made this quite a pleasurable undertaking. He was also able to accommodate having the tire and another issue repaired ahead of the body work, so that our daughter could use the car on the highway again. Glad I decided to give the dealership a call.
Vehicle drop off was slower than usual due to a new system but everyone in service was organized and helpful and attentive. Service personnel called me about issues early in the day so that the vehicle was finished and ready for pickup at the end of the day.
