The block heater was not repaired following a day in the service centre. I work outside of Winnipeg and dropping off the vehicle at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle is rather inconvenient and when I have to return due to incomplete service is even more inconvenient. thank you.
Finance person was pushy and wanted me to sign papers right away after test driving. Asked to at least think about it. Wanted a deposit for the vehicle. Had to get her to sign on her card that she’d give me my deposit back. I ended up buying the vehicle. There was issues with the truck that I noticed before I purchased it. I was told they’d be looked after before I bought it. They were not. I had to spend my day off at another dealership getting these issues fixed because Chevy was unable to fix them. I also started to notice dents in the vehicle that I had missed. I mentioned this to to the sales when I had brought it back to discuss the other issues. He just ignored what I said. So I feel that I paid to much for what I’ll be getting back as a trade in because of the dents. Honesty goes along ways and I feel that your sales team will do what ever it takes to make a sale. I will not be a return customer.
