A little confusion about the issue of it not being just the blue when in reality it was but in the end it was all straighten out and everything was fixed as expected

Somebody lied about what was wrong

Had taking vehicle in for squeeky ball joint, they took it in ans told me it was upper passenger side and that i wont have to pay 100 for them to change it. So I phoned craig dunn and they said they qould take care of it. So when craig dunn was finished looking and finding the real problem that wasnt upper ball joint, ends up needed both bottom ones that wasnt even mentioned at Murray? So it looks like your shop guys are trying to make extra with bogus claims. Service guy is awesome but really didnt like the outcome of the real problem with vehicle. I will be twlling everyonw I know ro be vwry careful taking a vehicle there or not at all.

INcredible wait time for vehicle after paying bill.

Up to and including paying for work done that day, everything was handled well, as expected. After paying the bill, I proceeded to the waiting area for my vehicle to be brought around. There were a number of people there who were also waiting either for their vehicle to be brought up or were waiting while maintenance was being performed. I returned to the payment desk twice to enquire on my vehicle. I eventually got my vehicle, 50 minutes after paying for services.

Warranty work

The only complaint I have was that I felt it was rather strange/insulting to have "vehicle is dirty" written in both the inspection sheet and the invoice. Do you not have any other customers who live in rural areas with gravel roads? My vehicle is dirty within 1 day depending on weather/road conditions. If it was an issue for your staff in that they couldn't see something that they felt they needed to do so that they needed to record it twice on two different documents then perhaps they could have rinsed/sprayed off my vehicle as my previous dealer did when I owned a different brand of vehicle.
