Just bought a van. John was helpful, and treated me with respect and courtesy. He was knowledgeable about all the vehicles I looked at, and quick to answer all my questions.
I have no problem with sending friends and family to john, when they need a new vehicle.
I would never suggest this dhealership or any branded “road sport” ever to anyone ,
The only good experience I’ve had with this dealership is my sales guy and Charles, everyone else needs to figure out what customer service truly means.
The owner could careless and doesn’t respond to emails, the general manager is a joke and the used car sales manager laughed the whole time at my situation,
I’m still out $644 that I have to somehow eat due to the negligence of this dealership. And it’s now a month later and I still don’t have a truck with everything I signed for on the sales agreement ,
My whole experience has been garbage !!!

Upon delivery found scratches all over the hood of my new car that I just paid 50k for. Was told by management what do I expect its a used car... It was a demo with 1800km on the vehicle and I really think for the money I paid those scratches should have been dealt with. I was appalled with the customer service I was given and have since sent an email complaint and never heard a word back. Really not happy with the experience buying this car for my family. On a plus side we love the Pacifica apart from the scratches. Grant Noble
