Staff didn't really know what paperwork was needed for a business to buy one of your vehicles
Some of your staff didn't know what official paper work was needed to buy a vehicle. We had a couple contradictions that had us looking for paper work that wasn't needed.
Easy and fair to deal with, no pressure sales is wonderful.
We were able to freely roam the lot, identify cars we were interested and take them for test drives. At no point were we pressured and the staff answered all questions thoroughly.
