Thoroughly happy with my purchase and after purchase experience with Haldimand Motors
My sales guy Rob, did everything to make me happy. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in sometime, looked at a few but always came back to the Honda at Haldimand n purchased it.. found some minor issues after purchase and they were promptly looked after by Kathy in Service, great gal. I wanted the wow factor and they gave it to me. Twice I was into service and received courteous service and received a loaner vehicle for my pleasure.. my car was always ready when they said it would be or sooner. I highly recommend Haldimand Motors for your vehicle choice!
This was my first visit to Haldimand Motors but I have known about it for many years. There was no pressure from sales reps. They were happy to tell me about the vehicles I was interested in, handed me the keys, and left me alone to do a test drive. When I took an extra day to "think about it", again, there was no pressure. Just smiles and friendly "We'll be here when you're ready." Very refreshing.
Writing up the sales agreement was another friendly, low-key experience.
The vehicle needed very little to get it ready for me and I got a call within 24 hours that it was ready for me.
