Waited ALL day for tire change.Very inconvienanced!!
I had to wait 2 hrs only ,to find out that you had ordered the wrong tires.
You loaned me a car that was not very nice to drive.I returned that evening ,and I was charged $60 labour to install the tires.As compensation for this huge inconvenience for me and my husband, I feel that this fee should have been waived. I reluctantly still paid this fee, which I feel was inappropriate.
Was booked in for an appointment right away to fix my problem. I was really happy they showed me the problem and explained things in my language not mechanical so I didn't understand. Answered my questions it was an awesome experience. I was treated like I was the only person in the room. Thank you for putting me at ease
Bought our second car here. First five year Focus old served us very well for another eight without major issues. Hope this five year old Kia Soul will as well. Service was efficient and friendly.
