I was told on the phone, 2hrs, told at the service desk 3hrs, it took over 5 hrs
Ordered new tires for my truck, made the appointment and was told it would take approx. 2 hrs. At the service desk I was told it would take about 3 hrs to change the tires.
All in all it took over 5hrs to change the 4 tires, this really messed up my day for what was scheduled.

Scott Morgan as well as the service team always takes care of our needs! Just had a oil change and tire rotation. Scott was excellent though when I purchased my truck recently.
The passenger seat belt had to be adjusted.The seat belt kit had to be ordered and I was advised when it came in and had an appointment setup.The repair was completed.
