Nurse service was use to be very friendly and customer service first now everything has changed....I have heard it is not our fault.. we did break it. Mary Nurse needs to correct this or other customers like I am will be getting my vehicle repaired at another GM dealership....

Equinox left for door panel repair on warranty. Staff was answered my questions, provided a loaner vehicle in adequate time. Phoned as soon as vehicle was ready.
Team was courteous, quick and professionial. I highly recommend your dealership to others. I especially appreciate the extras such as cleaning and car wash as well as an attractive place to wait for the car to be serviced.
