Out of principle I just can't give you five stars because this visit cost me $1500. That's not your fault though and the service I received was friendly, professional and I know I can depend on the quality of the work.

Thanks for the positive feedback regarding the level of service provided during your recent service visit.
Nurse Service Department consistently provides excellent customer service.
No matter when my husband or I bring in our car we are called by name and treated very well. The service staff listen to our concern(s) and make every effort to address them.
We buy GM because we want to support our local GM plant and our neighbours and friends who work there. We support Nurse because we trust and respect the Nurse family business.

I will not go anywhere to get my car fixed. I have complete trust in Kevin, he is very caring, supportive and will only do the work. He is prompt and always keeps his promise.

Service was prompt, courteous and efficient. I could not have asked for anything better, given the fact that I drove into the service bay without an appt. and was looked after immediately.
