Brief wait for oil change,courteous staff who are very thorough.

I only waited a short time, the staff checked with me for any concerns for example wiper blades to be changed which I did and forgot to mention. They alerted me about the need for a wheel alignment as one wheel as out slightly. They made sure to ask if I had time for the car to be washed and vacuumed. Great staff, all very courteous and friendly.

It was excellent as it normally is! Well done!

The problems were fixed and your staff went above and beyond. I had warranty recall and another issues. My concerns were listened to and problems were resolved

Service was quick and my issue was solved with satisfaction and the shuttle service great also.

I have described my experience to be the same as the above sentence. quick service with satisfactory results and great shuttle service.

Shopping for winter tires

I received an email from the dealership advertising a points bonus on winter tires if installed prior to Oct.1 so I dropped in to inquire about availability and prices. The man in the service department said that fall prices had not yet been announced for the 2015 season but should be available shortly. He took my contact details and said he would let me know when he received the information from the tire companies. He gave me an estimate based on last year's prices and made recommendations on which tires he thought would best suit my needs. A little more than a week later he emailed me to say he had received the 2015 prices and I returned to the dealership to choose my tires and wheels. He worked out the best pricing suggestion using both the points deal or the tire company's rebate. We set up an appointment time for purchase and installation for my tires in early October. I really appreciated the time he spent with me concerning my purchase.

Great visit

My engine light was on and Nurse Chevrolet fixed the issue quickly. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite.
