I came in for a simple oil lube and filter, and was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait time and I was greeted by not one, but three very pleasant and polite service reps. They invited me to have a seat and a coffee, it would be about 30 minutes. I fact it was only 20 minutes and I will never regret leaving Ontario Motor Sales and joining Nurse .

Cameron provided excellent service and went out of his way to ensure that I fully understood
the situation. He went out of his way to provide history information so I could contact GM customer service regarding a situation that may possibly involve another dealer. Steve was very understanding of my views on another small issue and readily offered me a service credit

Evan Andrews has been my advisor for at least 15yrs or more. Evan always is "customer first focused" and has taken care of my concerns and resolved "all" issues professionally and with me as a customer, in mind.
Although I have purchased Pontiac and now Buick products, I still service at Nurse..... Only because of Evan and his care.
Evan is a great credit to Mary Nurse and her dearlership.
Bill Nurse would be proud of the service that Evan gives to his customers.
Please pass this on to Mary. I have called her previously about Evans customer service.
