Dishonest Service Advisor

Booked appt over the phone, service advisor offered a brake inspection with no mention of cost or approval to proceed with any service. Showed up to $200+ bill for service that wasn't authorized. After multiple unanswered phone calls and emails, I finally had to show up in person to get my keys back. Michael the service advisor was rude and arrogant on the phone, and made me feel like a criminal rather than a customer. The same level of smugness was present with the service manager. I will not be returning for service to this dealership, and will be making future vehicle purchases at a different dealership as well.

Good experience

Michael made the experience great with his positive attitude and customer service. He made the time enjoyable by being personable and not just treating me like a number. Thanks Michael.

Fast

They include an oil change in a recall app without having to reschedule for a different service. they also finished before the estimated time

Service

Customer service is great! The only thing I wasn't to fond of was having to take it in twice with a hectic schedule for them to find the problem.

Helpful service team

The team at Wendell were helpful in fixing my car when my windshield wasn’t defrosting properly. They set me up with a rental car to avoid any inconvenience while my car was being serviced. The shuttle driver was very friendly, as well as Michael in the service department. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.
