Rude customer service at service dept, elevated prices compared to other vw dealers, they didn't seem to give a crap!!
I took my vehicle to another be dealer, customer service is rude, one person in particular, and inflated prices as compared to other vw dealers for the same work. I mentioned the inflated prices and they said it just popped up on their system, I saved going elsewhere, and they did more!!!
The quotation for service was complete, comprehensive & honored. When the required parts did not arrive as expected, special arrangements were made to acquire elsewhere to ensure all work was completed in 1 service.
We had trouble with our Tuareg phoned in had car towed and helped us out very efficiently. Thank you to the great service staff.
We had a no start on our Tuareg, called our selling dealer had to leave message had no call back. Phoned Orillia VW talked to Lisa directly had it towed over and returned to us the same day. What can I say other than thank you for your efficient friendly service. Regards Walter and Connie
Orillia VW ordered in winter mats and trunk cover when I bought the car used. After owning the used car for a month and it required a new battery, Orillia VW changed my battery for free with a complementary wash.
