Through encouragement, passion and a commitment to grow people into leaders that make a difference, in our community and beyond. Jeanette was born and raised in Brantford and studied Hairstyling and Aesthetics at the Allanti School of Hair Design. She went on to have a wide-ranging career, in making the outward vision of individuals, sparkle for the world to see. Through encouragement from friends and family, she went on to attend Clarke College for Business Administration and Computer Studies in 1999. In 2002, at the request of a colleague, she joined the team at Westervelt College, in the Administration department. Through this collaboration, Jeanette found her passion for growing others and helping them to light their internal flame, shinning it, for all to see. For the last 16 years, with the assistance of her spouse, she has also run a successful logistics company. Her vision is simple; teach others how to light their torch and pass it on; this is how you change your community and then the world.
The teachers and staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and do well in your course. Everyone is also very welcoming!

Going back to school was the BEST decision I ever made!!
From start to finish, you become a part of the Westervelt family. They take the time to explain everything and fully prepare you to get into the work field after graduation. Even after leaving, they still offer services to ensure you're always able to put the right foot forward. I fully encourage anyone considering to further their education to consider this school!

Westervelt was the quickest and easiest way to swap careers, and enter this new one at the next level.
From start to finish, there is always someone who can help with whatever problem that may arise on your journey. At the front desk you're greeted with a smiling face that ensures you speak to the correct person. My teacher assisted both in class, and replied to emails promptly to help when class was over. At externship, I was able to contact the site supervisor if I had any questions. It really felt like I had a guide all the way and it was comforting to know I wasn't alone.
