Service at both locations is horrible
I really don't want to discuss this any further as I have tried for the last 3 - 4 years. But basically when I complained about my breaks since 25,000kms until this very day, and everyone kept telling me there is no problem it's just the way the breaks are, you could see my astonishment when I brought my car to my regular mechanic who ended up having to replace my breaks and had a hard time doing so because the back breaks were ceased and I basically had no pads left. This is sad because I had my car in about a month prior for service and apparently you took the wheels off to look at another problem and you would have seen how bad the breaks were without going much further, but instead you handed me back my keys and told me by car was in good shape. You also tried to get me to replace the tires ( saying this was what was causing my problems - and told me the tires I had weren't your favorite - which i paid an upgrade for - so I asked if your sales rep up-sold me bad tires and you quickly changed your tunes and accused me of putting words in your mouth.....) Yet again, a month ago when you did my service, not once did anyone tell me my tires needed to be replaced. There really is no point to your warranty when I had to spend $850.00 to get my breaks replaced when my car was under warranty and as far as I'm concerned your technician's should have seen this problem from day one! Very disappointed with the way my car has been serviced (would prevent me from ever buying another Audi). I'd actually rather pay out of pocket and have my car service by a mechanic that is actually fixing my car issues and I know my car is SAFE to drive.

Problem with engine stuttering
Plus: Guys at the dealership were super sweet, responded with diligence and gave me a 2017 loaner, they made the experience worry-free, seamless and very pleasant over all.
Cons: (due to the manufacturer though, not the dealership according to my understanding). The repairs which were supposed to be covered by the warranty since the whole problem was due to a faulty injector ended up costing me $650 (taxes included) : 2 diagnosis as the problem was difficult to replicate and the replacement of ignition coils and sparks plugs (initially suspected to be the cause even if the latter had been replaced a year before). Also a year before or so 3 other leaking injectors were replaced but they decided to leave the one that was supposedly not leaking (number 3) 'cause the manufacturer would only cover the faulty ones. All in all, these 2 visits at the shop costed me close to $1000; Had the 4 injectors been replace at the first visit, the cost would have been halved.
The car has been running well since then.

completely satisfied
Wheel bearing replacement, problem was quickly diagnosed and I was kept up to date as to the progress. I am from out of town and was waiting for the repairs to be completed. The service reps were able to expedite my service which was very much appreciated.
