Bernie was more than professional . He had my car picked up . Offered me a loaner (didn`t need it ) He had my tire replaced and delivered back to my house .
Extremely helpful . Always has been

Met expectations
Since I had already decided to buy another Audi,it was an easy transaction. The only downside was that I was told a connection cable for my iPod classic would be provided upon delivery but I had to buy my own at a cost of $25. No big deal on a car costing over 70K.
