after 4 tries the issue is still not resolved
i have NO problem with your service staff and technicians.
what i do have a problem with is, somehow i have the feeling that they don't believe me when I'm telling them that the cooling in my glove box is not working.
they called me in to show me the car with the glove box taken out and the airflow from the AC unit, but as soon the glove box is back in place, there's no more air going into the glove box , therefor , no cooling.
i ask the shop-foreman to put a request to AUDI Canada to check out this matter since the is a re-designed Q7.

The experience was pretty good.
The service on the car was fine, but when they said it would be ready, it wasn't. I had to wait 20 minutes while they washed it.

Excellent service
From the very first moment, Nick has shown professionalism, honesty and integrity. He presented us the variety of vehicles we were interested in, and has answered all our questions and concerns in a very respectful manner. If he wasn’t able to provide us with an answer at that exact moment, he would find out the correct information, and follow up with us in a timely manner. He paid attention to details, and have done ordinary things in an extraordinary way.

Outstanding sales professional and support team.
First time Audi buyers, however have been watching the possibility of buying this car for some time. Did thorough comparisons with Lexus Mercedes and BMW. The car sells itself, but the salesperson Lana herself was top notch. Truly a professional. Friendly, informative, transparent and non pushy. Certainly a touch of class.
Then the business office mgr. Natasha and the Delivery specialist Damian were equally top notch professionals, warm and approachable and informative.
The people part from end to end was fantastic. And from our perspective, the pricing was incredible. Why would anybody buy an overpriced Honda when the Audi is nearly the same? ...hidden secret that ought to be shown perhaps.
The car itself is fantastic in all respects. We had no "buyers regret" and really look forward to future interactions with Mark Motors staff.
Pats on the back all around; thank you for the pleasant experience.

Too much major service for a luxury well maintained vehicle
I was towed in Monday and at 5:45 on a Friday evening told that the repair is major around 5500$. Like I said no problems with service just way too much.This is not the first major repair and all my servicing has been on time and at the dealer. I have lost confidence in the Audi brand at this time.
