Lost tires and rims
I booked several appointments to have my summers tires/rims installed and after a month the service team told me that my tires were lost during the winter storage process. I was promised a new set of tires and rims. The day I arrived to have the new tires and rims installed i was told that they found my tires and rims. They gave me the new tires but not the new rims. I feel the rims that I received were not my originals since one of the them had substantial curb rash and one had pitting.

Appointment took twice as long as promised when booked
as above even when i asked not to have the car washed to save time on a simple oil change

no followup from sales manager
Title for the Q7 I bought was spelled wrong.Called and left a simple massage to the sale manager to check if the copy of bill of sale has same issue. NO feed back what so ever. Experience at service is excellent since many years, but sales you feel you are at a different dealership. And I am saying this from long experience with Marks motors. I have been a customer for over 10 years now,my third Q7 and sales always manage to disappoint me.I really write reviews but felt compelled to vent some steam. still issue of title not solved simply
