Discount Car and Truck Rentals...

-Phone kiosk took over 2 hours to complete. Then it didn't work -Had to travel to car yard at 8pm -Contract signed in car yard was different to dates I had booked online -Car was not suitable for driving on snow and ice in winter conditions -Called the day before car was due back to confirm place to drop off car and was told car yard and we would have a driver to take us to train station -Got a call the next morning saying car was overdue by one day- no mention of this when I called the day before. -Realised contract was different to the one I requested -got to car yard and was told should have gone to station instead -Got told there was no driver for us and there never was -got no apology for terrible service Had to then drive to car park at station -car park at station was not suitable for us to lug 80kg of luggage as it was far away from station. Original option of driver would have been preferred or a warning it was far away to walk. -Called to get car locked remotely and told I did the wrong thing and should have taken it to car yard and could I take it back there desite the fact that I was just there and got told to leave.

Would have appreciated being told that parking was not available ahead of time so that arrangements could have been made. Customer service did what they could so we do appreciate that. Will come back.

I rented a car in Discount because I had a good experience two years ago when I've been in Ottawa. However, in this time, I had some troubles with my baby and unfortunately I delayed returning the car. So, I was charged in one more day + insurance. It gets me angry, and I don't recommend neither rent Discount again.

I had reserved a mini van to go to Disney world but when i arrived to pick it up,they didnt have one. So they gave me an suv which was smaller and could barely fit everyone and our luggage. The suv wasn’t cleaned before they gave it to me and had an awful dog smell and was full of dog hairs. I took it simply because there was no other option available to me that morning. Just to say that i am not pleased at all since i phoned discount and left a message to call me back but got no call-back. So, not the right vehicle,awful dog smell and not cleaned at all and no call-back makes my first experience poor!
