Very dirty vehicle
I originally booked a car from the via rail station but there was none available and a gentleman came and picked us up and took us to a different location. After all the paper work was done and while we walked through the vehicle I noticed the vehicle was very dirty and wasn't cleaned from the previous rental. It had all the leftover food shoe prints on doors, dashboard, finger prints, and even spit in a few spots. I told the the girl and she said they are busy and didn't have the time to clean. If you go to a restaurant and if you get a dirty plate would you eat that food????? I had to drive around and find a place to get some cleaners and clean it myself and vacuum the stupid vehicle. At least you people should have given me a discount.
PLANNING TO COME SOON BUT WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOU PEOPLE. I WILL GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY INSTEAD. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE.

For me i had very bad experience with this branch and will not rent any car from them.
Hope you will check me comments and check what happen. Honestly i found people in this store have no professional experience and respect.

Unsafe van
Discount provided me a van with the signal light not working. I have complained at the office and they told me to send an email directed to their manager. It has been a week and no manager has replied to my email.

Stressful
Online booking with discount.ca is not reliable. When moving, timing is important as your schedule is already busy and elevators are booked for a few hours. In the morning of my booking, the front desk lady simply said that their system overbooks people and we do not have your truck! She was reluctant to provide any alternate plan and said we only have minivans now. It was only after talking to the manager and about an hour later that I recieved a bigger that was brought to us from a different location. Although the problem was solved, all of my plans were shifted by an hour and I could not move in in my scheduled elevator time slot. As a result i had to wait another two hours for the elevator becomes available. Bottomline: please fix your booking system.

The two front tires were well below the appropriate thread. I sent an email to Discount and was told their inbox was too full to receive my message.
