Too long a wait to get a car
I understand that sometimes its difficult to provide car because of other customers being late but 1 hr wait!
Maybe try arranging cars if u see there are customers coming and there are no cars

over 40 mins waiting for a pre reserved car rental
I reached the steels and hilda rd discount location around 5.15pm for my 5:00 pm reservation and had to wait for over 45 mins to get my car (This was my first rental at this location). The car was not ready, not cleaned. Their office closes at 6pm and i was still there waiting for my car. And on top of that what a bad attitude of the staff, throwing papers everywhere. throwing my license and card at the table. Such a shitty experience visiting this location.

Given Volkswagen Golf instead of full size
Hi Team,
I had opted for a full size car and was provided with a golf with no leg room for back seat passenger and it did not even have a USB port for mobile charging. I struggled really bad to charge main mobile and had to make frequent stops on my trip... :(

Last Moment Cancellation from Discount
Discount car rental is not at all reliable. They accept the rental bookings and confirm on email that vehicle is ready to pick up. Branch executive calls 1 hour before pick up and mentions that they don’t have vehicle available. This resulted in cancellation of all other bookings. :( . Enterprise is way better than discount.
