All's well :)

The car was ready on time. I was informed of a damaged skid plate, good to know :) Would have been nice to have to skid plate replaced under warranty.

Disappointed Service

I was disappointed with the service, as I bought my car two years ago with extended warranty and have experienced many problems. I brought my car into the dealership to make repairs, where the weathering strip around the windshield and windows on the drivers and passenger side is peeling, the drivers visor hangs down, the drivers heated seat does not work and the plastic clip above the windshield on the passenger side is coming off. These issues with the car should not happen within two years of purchase. I was informed that the extended warranty I bought does not cover any of these issues and I have to pay the expenses. I have already paid enough for the car and bought extended warranty in order not to have these issues. I have talked to the manager Cody and Pat, and I have tried to contact them again but they keep avoiding me and have not called me back to solve this problem. I am ready to file a complaint claim to OMVIC to resolve this issue.

Maria, unfortunately these items are not covered under the extended warranty you purchased, when you purchased your pre-owned vehicle two years ago. We can confirm that you have discussed the situation with management and did not accept our resolution. perfect service

The service was excellent. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and personable. Everyone went above and beyond to get the vehicle and insurance ready ahead of schedule.

Great Service

I had a Type II service done and had some noise coming from the front wheels. Noise was identified and repaired quickly.

Starter issues

My starter froze from driving over puddles, so it wouldn’t start. I was informed several times by a woman over the phone that it was absolutely not a Honda problem. She told me to get my vehicle to a heated garage, something that was not possible considering my vehicle wouldn’t start, and also considering I do not have a heated garage. I left voicemail messages and never received a call back. I called a tow truck service (provided by Honda with my package), they showed up and told me they could not tow my vehicle from my driveway because their truck was too big. I eventually had my vehicle towed to Honda, where they had it for some time. I was without my vehicle for almost a week total and had to find rides to and from work. I was not provided a rental as they were apparently “out of rentals all over the city”. This was a Honda problem through and through and I expected them to help in some way. I was not provided a demo from the lot, nor a rental. I was basically told to figure it out myself. The only person who actually took time to talk to me and explain the situation was Dan at the service desk. I purchased a new vehicle, purchased all the extra protections, and still was left without a vehicle for nearly a week and had people telling me to figure it out. I understood that this was happening to many new models and the service department was extremely busy, but I’m extremely dissatisfied with this situation.
