Fraudelent Rent A Car Services
They scammed me with fake documents. You can't reach any official. In other words, they work like a fraudulent network. Since Enterprise company bought Discount Rent A car, I can't reach any official. Each of them transfers to the other by phone. But none of them try to solve it.

They slandered and you gave me collection and i paid money but my credit score really hurts
Can you help me about removing collections from my credit history because I will buy a house and I need credit score
My account number is DB216147, DB216146, DB216145. Discount has opened 3 different collection files for the same incident. I rented vehicle from Discount ( Enterprise) , when I returned the car there was no damage and they accepted return and signed the paper work, they currently have that return paperwork in their files. However they called me the next day and indicated that the car had damage. The damage was prertty big and it was impossible to notice that when they received the vehicle and that is why they signed the paperwork without any issue. However they claimed that the next day there was a damage that is the summary of the incident. They sent me to colection and a we paid for the bill and however it Is not removed from my credit history, we would like to remove this from my credit file.

Bad customer service
The person who work at 7250 keele street Concord On
His name is Roberto he is a very disrespectful person to the customers and I was at location for over 15 minutes he was busy with phone and was not doing his job properly
I will close this account and i will never come back to Discount rental
And I will never recommend Discount truck rental to anyone and also I will put a bad review in Facebook and Twitter and instagram as well
This person ( Roberto ) doesn’t deserve to work as customer care person

Poor communication and extremely frustrating, terrible customer service
Booked 6 weeks prior wanted to reserve a high top van was told I could not reserve one that I would "prefer " one in the notes. February 1st went to your Concord location no signage on the building I was there at 7:45 but at the wrong door three people went ahead of me. One person took the only high top van because he had a reservation. I called reservations and the Concord location twice and was told you cant reserve that vehicle not to sure how this customer did. I had to settle for a cargo had an absolutely awful moving experience. Asked Roberto for a cube van for the same price as the cargo since Discount screwed up he refused, great customer service. Since I'm venting, I didn't check out until after 9am spent over an hour and fifteen minutes waiting. How would you write your review?

Truck Rental
From the location I picked up ( Vaughan ) everything was fine. the attendant was polite and friendly. The only thing that could work on is now what vehicles are where. they have to call multiple locations to find a truck. Each call puts you on hold for at least 5 minutes. Other than that everything was fine.
