Hyundai Barrhaven’s valet service is really great.

Mike Warren was the service advisor who handled the whole process this morning. My car was picked up at my home, the winter tires installed, a complete walk-around inspection was done, and the summer tires stored till spring - all within approx. 2 hours. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Service - regular maintenance and warranty repair

Kudos to Marco Dominique for ensuring my complete satisfaction today during regular maintenance and a warranty repair in a timely manner. Marco is also friendly and professional in his communication. My service requests were acknowledged and further services were brought to my attention for consideration. Recall notices on the vehicle were searched for so that any outstanding programs were not overlooked. Happily, my experience today was typical of those at Myers Barrhaven Hyundai. Thank you Marco for continuing that positive relationship at the dealership.

The worst customer service ever!!

Brought car in to be repaired from damage done by Myers Hyundai Barrhaven when they replaced the back windshield on a recall. When I arrived to pick up my car, it did not even look like anything was done. The scratches in the paint remain untouched. No service call to tell me the car was done; no one to go over the "repair" with me; the assistant service manager could not even find my car keys; when they finally re-appeared...nothing was said to me when handed the keys. WORST customer service ever! Will NEVER recommend Myers Barrhaven to my worst enemy let alone to those I care about. In fact, will make sure it is known what lousy service I received. My car is only 36 months old. Now, these scratches in the paint are open to rust in the future. NOT HAPPY. The fleet manager where I work asked for his business card so that he will make sure NEVER to use Myers for our company requirements. One star is really over rated.

The experience was a little frustrating at the beginning and the outcome not so good.

My 2018 Accent was recalled by Hyundai to replace the back windshield due to the defrost bars overheating. When I arrived first thing in the morning, I was told there was no appointment on the computer indicating that I was having the windshield replaced that day - March 19. I was asked to wait so the "specialists" could be contacted and confirmed that they were available to come and do the job. After half and hour, I was told they could do it. I was shuttled to work. I was picked up that afternoon when the job was completed. Because the car was still dirty (it couldn't be washed due to the silicone around the windshield) I could not closely inspect the job. After the car was cleaned, I noted that the paint all around the windshield is FULL of scratches. These were NOT there before the windshield was replaced. I expect Myers to repair the damage they caused in their shop while replacing the windshield. Please let me know when this can be done. Thank you. Joan Megill
