Spring maintenance as part of the special in the mail. I got the reminder over the phone, then by email and I had to change my appointement twice and both times, it was dealt with it in a very Professional manner.

Car was well cleaned and in a timely manner.everyone was friendly . Overall a good experience. I requested an exchange of floor mats but that was not done.

I honestly barely remember. I do know I always have a great experience at Mazada. No complaints. I diagree with requesting clients to enter a review of at least 20 words. This should be changed.
